OXFORD School (hereinafter — “the learning center”) processes personal data collected through the website in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

1. What data we collect

• Information you enter in application forms: name, phone number, chosen program, branch, format and comment.
• Information and files you submit in the graduate review and careers forms (photo, certificate, résumé).
• Technical information about how you arrived at the site: ad tags (UTM), the page you came from, device type (phone or computer).
• Anonymous statistics collected via cookies by analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel — if enabled).

2. Why we use it

• To contact you, schedule a level test and trial lesson, and advise you on courses.
• To organize the learning process: group placement, attendance, payments and results tracking.
• To learn which advertising is effective and to improve the website.

3. Who it is shared with

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Only authorized staff of the learning center (administrator, operator, manager) can access it within their job duties. Data is stored on a secure cloud server; in cases provided by law, it may be disclosed to authorized government bodies.

4. How long it is kept

Application data is kept while we work with you and afterwards for the period required for reporting. Student data is kept during the studies and for the period required for financial accounting.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

The website stores small data in your browser to remember the ad source and for statistics. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
